Dennis Dudley began building and maintaining computer systems for law firms in Seattle in the mid 90's, with an emphasis on minimizing IT overhead and maintaining useful equipment.  His experience ranges from working on an IT team troubleshooting a network of over 2000 nodes to training individuals on using over 100 different applications.  Dennis is Comptia A+ certified,  ITIL foundation certified and holds 4 Microsoft certifications from desktop to enterprise wide ratings.
